Why DID I think this was a Good Idea?
I decided I needed to add a few inches of diameter to the Squiggles Sweater after pining it on my mom. And because the body is knit from side to side, I decided I could cut a row, separate it, knit a few extra rows, and then kitchener it back together.
Well, the cutting and knitting worked well. But kitchener sucks for seed stitch. Sucks!!!! It seems like I have to undo every other stitch or so because I stuck the sewing needle in the wrong way to make the correct stitch. I have to keep reminding myself that this will be quicker and easier than reknitting the whole thing. It will, right?
Even if I have to do this 3 more times?
