It has tons of stuff on it (spinning oil and general dirt - the water was FILTHY) and seemed to bloom a little after it was washed, prior to dyeing. Good colors! I tried KP's Dye Your Own when it first came out, but I really didn't like it. From comments that I've read I think they may have changed the yarn though, so I'm curious to try that again.
