					<description>I had the same thing happen last winter!  I attributed it to dry skin and pushing on the needles.  It's amazing how many things you use your index finger for.  I kept re-opening the cut because I wasn't careful; keeping my hands moisturized helped.  Good luck meeting your deadline!!</description>
